Nottinghamshire Sexual Violence Support Services

Crisis Support Worker

Employed by Notts SVS Services, working in partnership with Nottingham University Hospitals Trust, this is an exciting opportunity to provide crisis support worker support to children, young people and their families who are accessing services at the Nottinghamshire Hub of the EMCYPSAS and across the East Midlands.

The experienced Children and Young Person’s Crisis Support Worker will provide sensitive, client-centered, non–judgmental support to survivors, aged 17 and under, of sexual violence. This will include providing advocacy support for clients during forensic medical examinations.

Rape Crisis Tyneside and Northumberland

Lead Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA)

  • £37,938 per annum (pro rata for part time employees)
  • Up to 25 hours per week

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a strong commitment to working collaboratively with colleagues and external stakeholders. We are also looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering high-quality, trauma-informed support to survivors of sexual violence.

This leadership role will work closely with the Deputy CEO who holds overall accountability for the ISVA service. Together you will ensure the ISVA team is well-supported as the service continues to grow, maintaining the highest standards of client care.

Greater Manchester Rape Crisis

Business Support, Administration & Development Officer

  • £27,500 per annum

In this role, you will provide high‑quality business, administrative and operational support across the organisation. This includes supporting service delivery, coordinating systems and processes, managing data and reporting, assisting with financial processes, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day functioning of the organisation.

The role is a first contact point for staff, volunteers, partner organisations and service users, and plays a key part in ensuring all services are equipped to deliver effective, trauma‑informed support. This role also contributes to digital communication functions, including maintaining the organisation’s website, supporting social media channels, and producing organisational forms and documentation.

Social worker

  • £35,000 per annum

The post-holder will be based at GMRC but work alongside TRC and MASH women’s services and Greater Manchester Pathfinder partnership, with service users who have experienced sexual trauma but who present with additional complex mental health needs.

They will work with service users in partner organisation settings and in the community, working collaboratively with individuals, carers and partners from local multi agency providers and services, to assess and identify social care needs that may be potential barriers to the client being able to address their sexual trauma.

Survivor Space Oxfordshire

Services Administrator

The post holder will have responsibility for providing administrative support to our services team, including initial referrals, record-keeping, communication with service users, outreach, data management and reporting.

The role will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at Survivor Space. This includes managing enquiries from the public, suppliers and partner agencies, representing Survivor Space in communications, and providing vital HR and other administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the centre.

Nia - East London Rape Crisis

Rapid Response Independent Sexual Violence Advocate

  • £29,000- £32,000 dependent on experience and qualifications
  • 35 hours per week

The Rapid Response ISVA provides proactive support and advocacy service to female survivors of sexual violence aged 16+ who are engaging with the criminal justice system. This role will have a focus on supporting survivors who have been subjected to group-based Childhood Sexual Exploitation and Abuse, and whose criminal justice cases have been reopened under Operation Beaconport/Pintar.

You will work as part of a growing Feminist Rape Crisis service that is developing to meet the needs of women and girls. These posts involve travel across East London, and a hybrid model of home, outreach and office working.

East London Rape Crisis Women and Girls Counsellor

  • £12,600 – £14,000 (FTE £31,500 – £35,000 depending on experience)

In the role of ELRC Women and Girls Counsellor, you will provide one to one counselling to female survivors aged 16+ who have been subjected to sexual violence. This role will have a focus on supporting survivors who have been subjected to group-based Childhood Sexual Exploitation and Abuse, and whose criminal justice cases have been reopened under Operation Beaconport/Pintar.

You will work as part of a growing feminist Rape Crisis service that is developing to meet the needs of women and girls. Counselling is delivered face to face, online and via the phone.

  • £29,000- £32,000 (unqualified £29,000-£30,000) (qualified £30,000-£32,000)
  • 35 hours per week

The Multiple Disadvantages ISVA provides proactive support and advocacy service to women facing multiple barriers to engaging with the criminal justice system. You will work as part of a growing Feminist Rape Crisis service that is developing to meet the needs of women and girls.

This post involves travel across East London, and a hybrid model of home and office working.

Fundraising & Marketing Assistant

  • £25,000 pa (FTE)
  • 22.5 hours per week (or as agreed)
  • Closing date: 13th April 2026

Our Fundraising and Marketing Assistant will be engaging with our supporters, support our training programmes, raising awareness and fundraising campaigns and use their creative skills to produce compelling digital content. You will directly support fundraising and comms with administrative support, including responsibility for maintaining accurate records on our CRM database.

As Fundraising and Marketing Assistant, you will also raise SARSAS’s profile through agreed external communications along with supporting internal communications within the organisation. This is a varied and busy role within a collaborative and supportive environment.
